Not a happy camper

This past weekend was a bad one. I ate out a lot and just ate the wrong things. I didn’t gain weight but I felt and still kind of feel sluggish. I gotta get back on track if I wanna loose 10-20 pounds by the time I get back to school (August 13). Hopefully it’s still possible. I think it can be and is.

Day 4

Well today was an ok day, definitely not my best. I got a bagel this morning (not good) and then i had a burger for lunch. so definitely not my best day. i did workout though i did a circuit workout at karate which is an hour of cardio and then i taught at my camp again today. i didn’t weigh myself just because i knew it would be a little bit more than yesterday so I’m waiting till tomorrow to weigh myself. hopefully i get back on track tomorrow, i know i will

Day 3

Day 3 was good. I had to go to DeSales to work on some stuff for Orientation so that kept me moving and busy which I was thankful for. After that I had karate and taught pretty much all the classes so that was fun and a great workout as usual. Tomorrows another day…

Day 2

Today was a good day. I had karate this afternoon and then tonight. I taught a camp of kids karate in a hot room and I didn’t stop moving so that was a great workout with kicks, punches, sit ups, everything. Then I taught all the classes at my karate school tonight and didn’t stop moong either. I then took class and had an amazing workout and my weight feels like its coming off (finally).

Breakfast - 2 eggs with hot sauce and red pepper flakes
Lunch - chicken breast and cucumbers
Dinner - fruit salad and a handful of nuts.
